We are all stardust. At this moment, you are alive. This is an amazing thing. You live on this planet, breathing air, drinking water, and enjoying the warmth of the nearest star. Your DNA is handed down from generation to generation-going back to more distant time and space, on the scale of the universe, every cell in your body and all the elements that make up these cells are born in the melting pot of a star.
