Where do we store your data.

Feyert stores the personal data provided by its users on servers settled in a secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When certain personal information (such as a credit card number) is provided on the web page dedicated to payment, it is protected by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption protocol and verified by DigiCert.

 

We adopt the necessary and adequate technical, electronic and organizational procedures to ensure the security of your personal data and to prevent its loss, misuse or improper access.

In any of the situations referred, in the event of pending legal or judicial proceedings, the data will be kept for the duration of such proceedings and up to six months after a final decision is rendered.

We emphasize that Feyert does not make automated decisions, including based on profiles developed through the data processed.
